In this chapter our own experiences are used to describe the fastest and most efficient way of implementing the Value Model within an organisation.
The methodology used for implementing the Value Model is described with the use of an analogy on how the team members of a mountaineering expedition are formed and trained to reach the summit of the world’s highest mountain. The fundamental principles of this methodology are based on systematically breaking down the task into smaller stages where the first stage forms a base for the second stage, the second stage forms a base for the third stage and so on. Each stage is then implemented and secured before commencing the next stage.
