The plant in our gardener’s analogy has now grown and is starting to bear fruit. Work is therefore dedicated to ensuring a bountiful crop of high quality. This is a hectic but enjoyable and exciting period that will reveal if all the previous efforts made have provided the dividends hoped for. Even in the middle of this hectic time, when the project is at its most intense, time and resources must be allocated to preparing and securing its completion.
The aim of this chapter is to define several tips, skills and activities that could help your team through these phases in an effective manner. We also provide a suggestion for how the experience gained from the project can be transferred to the organisation.
