The traffic lights of our project have now changed to amber, indicating we should prepare ourselves for moving off by formulating a winning strategy for executing the project. Using the established project definition as our guide, we need to find the best road leading to our objective and secure the resources required for getting there. Your task is to make a project plan.
Because both customer preferences and technological opportunities may change, the entire project cannot be planned in detail from the outset. Therefore, you need two different plans:
- one overall plan describing the whole project
- one detailed plan describing the next immediate stage.
